Step 1 - Research

Contact us: come to our office, telephone or email to discuss your aspirations for your holiday and any previous experiences with one of our friendly and knowledgeable travel consultants.
Decide what the parameters of your holiday will be:
· how much time you have
· level of accommodation,
· type of riding and horses
· cultural experiences, natural areas
· adventure level
· any extensions
Step 2 - Decide
Check availability for your chosen dates on our website or by contacting us. If you contact us we can make some personalized suggestions for your trip. We can help with:
· booking flights of you would like us to. Even if you have air miles or can find cheaper flights we can advise on the best routes/connections and times for your chosen holiday.
· detailed day by day itineraries - bear in mind these are guidelines on an adventure holiday!
· budget - there are rides for all level of budget
· practical details necessary for the trip - it is always best to arrive prepared and with the right equipment
· insurance which covers horse riding
· any extensions and must see sights in the area
Step 3 - Sign Up
Hold - Your choice is made! If you are in contact with one of our travel advisors we will send you a travel quotation and can hold a place for you for up to 7 days while you or we book flights.
Pay - Either pay the deposit or full price if the departure date is less than 8 weeks away. The standard deposit is 20% of the trip, the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. The deposit may vary depending on the trip and flights, possibly another amount which your travel advisor will let you know at the time.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit cards either over the telephone or online. In the UK, cheque payment can be posted to our office. You can also complete the booking process online by clicking the book button.
Confirm - Once the payment has been received your travel advisor will confirm your booking by issuing a confirmation invoice. Online many rides are confirmed in real time and a confirmation auto-emailed to you in minutes, for others we confirm within one working day.
Once booked you can see all the details at any time on your private space on our website - simply log in then browse to your itineraries, update your riding details, your accommodation, food and drink preferences, flights, requests or make balance payments.
Step 4 - Prepare in 2 steps
· riding fitness, equipment and luggage
Once the booking is confirmed we send you more destination details and suggestions to ensure you are completely prepared for your trip: packing lists, climate charts, any special equipment needed and communication options while away.
· Travel
Some weeks before departure we email you and post any details of e-tickets, departure airports, confirmation of arrival time and place and how to meet your transfer as well as contacts on the ground.
Step 5 - Travel
You will be met on arrival by your local hosts.

Step 6 - Comment
Your feedback is essential to the continued improvement of our trips. You can fill out our feedback form from your private space on our website or by email in our post ride form. Your travel advisor is always available to talk about the trip.
