Excited about your holiday trip and can’t wait to book? You might want to slow your horses down
and read the important information below before you book. If not, you may incur unwanted
additional costs which will put a real downer on your trip.
We guarantee you won’t find the same holiday elsewhere for less when you book with us. If you do we’ll refund the difference.
We understand that things happen, and you need flexibility. You can change the date of your holiday subject to availability or cancel any time before the final payment is due. The non-refundable deposit can be used against any of our rides or taken as a voucher for future use with us.
You may need a few days to liaise with friends, organise time off, find a dog walker or investigate flights and other parts of your holiday. To facilitate this, we can hold you a place on your perfect holiday for up to 7 days at no cost to you.
We usually ask for a deposit of 20% of the holiday price. In some instances, this can vary. We’ll confirm the exact amount for each ride on request or at the time of booking.
If you’re booking within 10 weeks of the start date of your holiday, you’ll need to pay the full holiday price.
Payment for your holiday is due 10 weeks before the holiday start date and we’ll remind you one week before this date. If we don’t receive the full price by that date, your trip may be cancelled
and you’ll be charged our cancellation fee.
When we receive your completed booking form and your payment, we’ll send you a confirmation
invoice. Check the invoice carefully within 10 days of the invoice being issued and 5 days for
tickets as we won’t be able to accept responsibility if there are inaccuracies in any document.
We suggest you take out travel insurance to cover you for late cancellation. If you need to cancel after your balance has been paid you may incur the following fees.
- 30-55 days: pay 50% of the holiday price
- Less than 30 days: pay 100% of the holiday price
On very rare occasions, we may have to cancel or change your booking due to low bookings or
unforeseen circumstances. In this event, we will offer a substitute holiday or provide a full refund.
You’ll also be given cancellation compensation with the amount depending on how close the
change is made to the holiday start date:
- 56 days or more before start date: £0
- 14 to 55 days before start date: £50
- Less than 14 days before start date: £100
