The 3 different riding holidays I have been on so far through Unicorn have all been extremely different (Horizon -SA, Los Olivillos - Spain and now White Stallion - Tucson). We had no idea before we went that they had such a fixed schedule of riding (breakfast, morning, lunch lessons, afternoon rides - all fixed in the week). Riding happens every day for all guests to choose no matter what guests are doing/ what day they arrive (apart from horses rest day on Sunday). I did ask if we'd be riding on our day of arrival and / or departure and Unircorn staff said probably not. That isn't the case (unless it is Sunday) so we arrived feeling quite dissapointed to be missing so much riding (3 out of 7 days) when in fact we were only missing Sunday (1 out of 7) which was fine! We had a lovely time but this dissapointment could have been avoided. Just to let you know and improve your knoweldge of the ranch - they have an itinerary that they produce each week and list that week's riding activities on the board - you should get one and send out to people who enquire about this ride.

White Stallion was catering for beginner and intermediate riders. Non of the riding was that challenging and everything was made extremely safe (which was good!). The best part was the team penning but in 1 hour of riding, majority of it was standing about waiting for 1 of the 3 go's we had. The riding wasn't that challenging for me but I enjoyed the variety of horses and different activities.

Brilliant experience and one of the most relaxing holidays so far. Thanks to all the team for their help when we had to change our outgoing flight!
