There was one day when we had to walk a long way, bit of a cold day, but made up for it with a long long canter later

The horses are all well covered and very fit, no injuries. Horses who went lame were swapped. Any confident rider can do this ride if they are OK with the hours, you don't have to be a really good rider.

The assistant guide was a bit young and shy, didn't speak much English but it really didn't matter as the guide was so good. The only time we really got caught in the rain was on the glacier boat trip (where you can go inside- but we didn't!)

The information is all good. Worth knowing defintiely about the initial transfer, how late would we have to ahve been to miss this? and the address of the Estancia if we had missed it.
The last day- there was over an hour next to a road we had to walk. We did give this feedback to Blue green and they said everyone says the same.

The horses anyone could handle, you just have to be OK to sit there and canter for 10 mins at a time, follow steep narrow trails and be on the horse for 6 hours a day. It's more about confidence than skill.

I met some lovely people- French, Swiss and one living in England - name dropped to them all!
This s not as 'mad' as I though they would be, the horses are like quarter horses, very calm, no racing. More open grassland than I thought, nice for canters.
