Probably not bother with the Butteri element who were pretty unimpressed with us, despite the fact we'd paid them 50euro's per head!

Riding with the Butteri is now optional. On this trip you are guided round the park and observe the Butteri at work - they are an ancient part of the Maremma Park and those who wish to witness their traditional riding style may join them in the park - they are not very outgoing but Italy is very proud of them!
