My trips to the Wild Coast and Horizon were fantastic - every single member of staff was brilliant, always friendly and couldn't do enough for me.

I loved my horse on the Wild Coast, and the staff at Horizon responded well to my feedback on the horses I was allocated there - I'll definitely be back!

Transfer arrangements at the Wild Coast were great - Julie-Anne met me at the airport and arranged for Nicky to take me back at stupid o'clock in the morning for my flight out! Transfer leaving Horizon was also personally-tailored, but when I arrived there was a significant wait and guests from another travel company had been told the wrong time, so we were waiting around for them! We'd all flown in on early flights, so perhaps could've been picked up earlier.

Excellent pre-trip info, and Dannii was great at responding to my random questions (where should I pack my hat? etc).

both parts of my ride could've been done by novices (and were!) but equally could be ramped up a bit (particularly Horizon as it is centre-based) if required. The trail horses and their boldness/excellent training took a bit of getting used to, as did the McLellan saddles, but once I learned that it's totally different to riding at home I really enjoyed it.
