We recommend if you are a complete beginner you start with a short break or a ride that has only a few hours riding a day to see how you like it. Many rides are suitable for beginners who are fairly fit with a good sense of balance. We can also recommend a list of riding schools throughout the UK who can help you prepare to go on a horse riding holiday.
