I think I was unprepared for the exposure encountered on the rides as the trail was often narrow with large drops to the side, which was unnerving at times. However Ed was very insistent on safety throughout the rides.

We were better prepared for the cold at night than people who booked through your competitors.

I would have liked to have been better prepared for the heights/drops.
Not much! It was brilliant. It was very hot during the day which we hadn't been expecting - so some better idea of the heat to be expected. It would have been nice to have had more free time as we were so well looked after that we always seemed to be in a rush to get somewhere. The food was very fancy and really didn't need to be as we would have been happy with something plain - but it was all excellent quality.
Warning re Vertigo?

Although there only walking and trotting (apart from one gallop) the scrambling up and down rocks and trails required technical riding and massive concentration so I think the ride requires serious riders.

Was very pleased with the whole thing. Big competition from other horse riding holiday companies. You should provide luggage labels as you don't advertise yourself too well.

Absolutely brilliant time - I really felt I had achieved something at the end of the last ride. I cried solidly with terror initially but by the end I was smiling all day. Ed and his staff have excellent horses and tack and the safety of the horses and riders is paramount. I would recommend this ride to anyone who wants to be challenged to the nth degree.
