As a complete beginner in Western Riding, a little more instruction would have been a big help to me personally. It was nice not to be 'taught' as such, but a few pointers ie. only kicking with one leg to get canter, not two etc - would have been good to know beforehand. It did not detract from the enjoyment of the trip whatsoever though. How would you rate the difficulty of this ride out of 10 where 1 is very easy and 10 is very advanced? 5 Please explain why you scored it as you did I think it would suit most levels - lots of walking and easy trotting and if you did not want to canter it would not have been a problem.
