The Tatra Mountains have long been a famous skiing destination with unspoilt forests and mountains. Alpine scenery and lovely summer weather make for a beautiful area for a point to point trail discovering the best of traditional Polish villages, horses and scenery. Comfortable accommodation with hot showers every night.

SAMPLE ITINERARY - TATRA MOUNTAIN TRAIL

Day 1
Arival and transfer to your first nights accommodation. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2
Your horse riding holiday begins as you ride from Bukowina Tatrzańska to Niedzica. This is a ride of approximately 6 hours. We pass the Białka river - the largest river of Polish mountains as well as making our way over hills, through forests and streams, as well as a XIV century castle in Niedzica.

Day 3
Today we ride from Niedzica Pieniński National Park – one of the biggest parks in Poland - to Szczawnica. Again this is a ride of about 6 hours and today also has some steep ravines.

Day 4
Today's ride takes us from Szczawnica, through the Popradzki National Park and to Barcice Górne. This will take about 5 hours with lots of beech forest with sunny clearings and take us along the Poprad River.

Day 5
Barcice Górne- Powroźnik – Góry Leluchowskie- approx.6 hours ( hills, forests, Popradzki National Park, streams)

Day 6
Góry Leluchowskie – Łomnica Zdrój – approx. 5 hours (forests, dales, clearings)

Day 7
Our last day is again a full days riding: Beskidy, Gorce and Pieniny Mountains to Czorsztyński Reservoir and will take us approx. 6 hours. At the end of the day we leave our horses and transfer by bus back to our start point of Bukowina Tatrzańska.

Day 8
Departure after breakfast and tranfer back to the airport for a flight home or to Krakow for a city break.

The weight limit for this ride is 15 st/209 lb/95 kg, please enquire if you are an experienced rider exceeding this weight.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Return transfers from meeting point, all accommodation, meals, wine and beer with dinner, all riding, equipment, luggage transfer and English speaking guiding.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
Drinks other than 3 beers or glasses of wine with dinner and any personal items.
