PROFILE IRIS SMALL

Iris has had a long career in I.T. management & consultancy with 15 years spent in the travel industry. She joined Unicorn Trails in January 2005 and is responsible for Internet Marketing in addition to the company’s  I.T. systems and data.

All those years in the travel industry enabled Iris, husband Les and their three children to travel the world from Alaska to Australia, Barbados to Borneo, Iceland to India and Canada to Chile. It’s difficult to choose but her favourite locations are probably South America and the Far East.

Since joining Unicorn, Iris has continued to travel. She thoroughly enjoyed Morrocco and  Cappadocia in Turkey, but riding at Estancia Huechahue in Argentina’s northern Patagonia has probably been her favourite destination to date even though Les proved to be a far better rider. Iris is looking forward to new riding experiences where hopefully she can reverse the situation!

Iris is often referred to as ‘Rusty’ by her Unicorn colleagues. She has had this nickname since her teenage years owing to her long red hair – now unfortunately short and showing signs of grey!
